Shipping & Delivery

If tracking information is available, you can track your package via the Your Orders page. Just navigate to your order and click "Track This Shipment" next to the delivery you want to follow.

Returns and Replacements within 30 Days of Purchase

Any items purchased directly from the AmpliFi Store (https://store.amplifi.com) may be returned for a refund considering the following items:

  • Items may only be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items

For Returns or Replacements within 30 days of purchase, please email store@amplifi.com.

Warranty Replacements

Any device under warranty may be returned for repair or replacement directly to Ubiquiti regardless of purchase location using
our standard warranty RMA process. For more information see: Product Warranty

Ordering

To place an order directly with Ubiquiti, you may use the online store. Ubiquiti does not support purchasing by phone.

Viewing Orders

To view your order history, log in to your account and navigate to the Order History section. From here you can check the status of pending orders or see the history of completed orders.

To update your account information, visit the Account section. From here you can update contact and address information.

To modify items in an order or cancel an order completely, please use the contact form.
